random post

Well this is random... I haven't posted since December and here I am typing this post on my blackberry waiting for my oil to be changed. I've been terrible about posting as life has been busy and I frankly haven't had time. My running has been marginally successful so far this year. Have ran two 50k's, a 50 miler and one marathon with Kristen. The plan is to get myself into better shape so.I can run a speedy marathon at twin cities this fall and requalify for Boston. My p.r. Is 2:54 and change and I hope to improve upon this. I plan on posting more frequently than every 6 months. My car should be done shortly so I better wrap this up.
